Nothing much happens

Nothing much happened today. I went to office, and on break time, after eating my lunch, I went to Fully Booked. I frequently go there whenever I go to work since it's a short walk from our office, but I have nothing to buy, so I just browse for books and complain at the prices. But I'm tempted to buy because the book covers are so pretty! Thankfully, I can stop myself because there are a lot of books sitting in my bookshelf, unread and collecting dust. I should finish reading those first. Also, I'm broke.

After lunch, my coworker bought us Magnum, but since I went to Fully Booked and didn't come back straight away, they are worried that my ice cream has melted already, and jokingly that it has now became soup. But they are considerate and they put it in the freezer for me. Thankfully, it hasn't melted, and I enjoyed eating it. It's one of the things I'm grateful for, the ice cream, and my generous coworker.

On my vacant time, I read Madonna and a Fur Coat (as I have mentioned on my last blog) and my friend's blog. She started writing here 10 years ago, and it is fascinating to read the difference of content as time goes by, from the thoughts and experiences of a young 14-year-old, navigating life for the first time, having adventures and aspirations, to a 25-year-old person, with profound reflections and realizations, navigating her 20's with lessons from her past experiences and a hope for years to come. I enjoyed reading her blogs, where she describes the places she has been and the countries she has visited. I would say she's my favorite blogger/writer as of the moment, and I'm looking forward for the novels that she will write in the future.

On my way home, I was hungry, so my mood dropped. I realized that I haven't brought the biscuits that I prepared, and left it on the table before going out early this morning. Thankfully, my mom prepared me dinner when we got home (she picked me up on the jeepney's drop off so we could walk home together) and we ate together while watching Family Feud. I wished that I could be one of the audience so I could see Dingdong Dantes up close. That is so random! I don't even like Dingdong Dantes, I just want to know what it feels like to see an actor you only see in TV.

If I have a chance to meet any celebrity, I would choose the ff.:

1. New Jeans

2. Andy Samberg

3. Sue Ramirez

4. Kim Hye Yoon

5. Katseye

That's all I can think for now, I will list more in the future.

Thank you for reading!

Regards,

Pauline
